Google Account

The Google Account Skill connects your Gmail and Google Calendar to Aori via OAuth. Aori can read your inbox, retrieve calendar events, draft emails, and schedule meetings — every write action requires your explicit approval before it’s sent or saved.

Aori never auto-sends email or auto-creates calendar events without your approval on that specific request.

  1. Go to Settings → Connections → Skills → Google Account.
  2. Tap Connect Google Account and complete the OAuth login.
  3. Grant the permissions Aori requests (Gmail read/send, Calendar read/write).
  4. Once connected, Aori can assist with your inbox and calendar in conversations.

Platform support: All platforms (Desktop, Android, iOS).

Ask Aori naturally in chat:

  • “What’s on my calendar tomorrow?”
  • “Do I have any unread emails from Sarah?”
  • “Schedule lunch with Marcus on Friday at 1pm.”
  • “Draft a reply to the email about the Q3 report.”

Aori will show you a preview of any action (email draft, calendar event) before asking you to confirm.

Aori accesses your Google account via the official Google API using your OAuth credentials. Only the specific emails or calendar events needed for a given request are sent to your AI provider. Aori does not bulk-download or store your Gmail or Calendar data locally.

Google’s own privacy policy applies to your Google account data.

Go to Settings → Connections → Skills → Google Account and tap Disconnect. You can also revoke Aori’s access from your Google Account security settings.
