Step-by-Step Setup

1. Go to openrouter.ai and create an account.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the API Keys section in your dashboard.
3. Click Create API Key and copy your new key.
4. Add credits to your account (OpenRouter uses a minimum deposit system for its pay-per-use model).

How to Enter Your Key in Aori

1. Open Aori on your device.
2. Go to Settings → Connections → LLM Provider.
3. Select OpenRouter from the list of providers.
4. Paste your API key.
5. Tap Save or Connect.

Model Selection in Aori

OpenRouter supports a wide range of model IDs (e.g., google/gemini-flash-1.5, mistralai/mistral-7b-instruct). In Aori’s provider settings, you can manually specify the OpenRouter model ID you wish to use. Check openrouter.ai/models for the full list of available IDs and their per-token pricing.
